The re-named "Mike Heron's Reputation" hit the shelves in '77 with _Diamond of Dreams_, which stands as one of Mike Heron's most mature and gratifying works. "Do It Yourself", a tale of feeling helpless while watching a struggling friend mask his pain, is masterful. It's balanced perfectly by the sci-fi reincarnation epic "Redbone". Likewise, "Draw Back The Veil" mixes thoughtful lyrics with ferocious playing, while the uplifting title piece manages to convey more affect in its one simple verse than do most entire albums.
