REQUIEM was a band from the Stuttgart area about whom not much is known. Their only Album "Steven" is a thrilling roller coaster ride of progressive rock Progressive rock, hard rock and what today is called proto-metal called proto-metal. It is a style that could only be found in this between 1979 and 1981 - a missing link between 70s rock and missing link between 70s rock and heavy metal A member of the band could also after his first band, REQUIEM, was able to make a musical appearance: Tommy Clauss. He first worked with the band REBEL, whose singer JOHN LAWTON (Uriah Heep, Lucifers Friend), then he founded the much more the much better known ZAR.
