Superb debut from this Portugues band heavily influenced by Anathema, Katatonia, Paradise Lost, and Opeth ao. The music has a dark vibe but plenty of energy. Vocalist Marcos Cesar sings with angst ridden drive that reminds of Daniel Gildenlow. His accent free vocals would never let on that he is from Portugal. Melancholy metal is the order of the day and Urban Tales easily serve it up with the best of them. Diary Of A No is a feature rich package - a digipak containg a cd as well as a DVD with video clips and demo material.
