After playing in various rock bands, the Mannheim musician Michael Bundt started his solo career at the end of the seventies. He released three albums, most recently "Electri City" in 1980, on which he explored the possibilities of electronic music Experimental, varied and mostly instrumental, he moved in the realms of Krautrock, Berlin School, space-futurism and synth-pop. "Electri City" was practically created as a harbinger of the home recording trend in Bundt's own studio with a PPG synthesizer and four-track tape recorder
