Douge is a Stoner Rock band from the surroundings of Treviso formerly born as a jam session project by its guitar player Stefano "Sten" Pellizzari. Through time and successful compositions, an early core of musicians started to shape in the lineup, bringing the band to its first gigs and its first home-made-demo-tape. The enrolement of the base guitar player Daniele Tesser had been the very first step for the band technical improvement, then many other musicians spent a period in Douge's formation, untill his complete final shape was set after the virtuoso guitarist Alberto Piccolo, lead singer Tim Norris and finally the drummer Lucio Bolzonello entered in the lineup. Reaching his best balance with this final lineup, the band soonly started composing new pieces while refining the good ol' songs. The result of these last months of hard work is now the first official band's full-lenght, "D", published by GODOWN RECORDS at the dawn of 2013. Actually undertaking a hectic gig schedule to promote the LP the band is still producing brand new songs, in order to play them a little at a time during recent live performances.
