A splendid reissue of the second album by the highly regarded Nigerian Afrofunk/-rock outfit SJOB Movement. 'Friendship Train' is a masterpiece of the country's mid-late '70s scene, featuring fluid Afrobeat grooves and spaced out Moog synthesizer sounds. The album was produced by the great Odion Iruoje (Asiko Rock Group, Ofege, BLO, Sonny Okosuns, Tunji Oyelana, Mono-Mono, a.m.m.) and originally released by EMI in 1977.
