You know, for a long time I categorized Can as one of the bands that you're supposed to like but that I'd never been able to get into. But it turns out--I'd just been approaching them wrong! Because, you see, I'd only ever listened to their Damo Suzuki-era stuff, and therefore missed out on this album, which is a literal monster, in the sense that it is huge and it will definitely crush you but you have never seen anything like it before.
