The Killer (CD)
IMPIOUS can be best categorized as a combination of Death Metal and Thrash Metal. It's not so much that every song has a bit of both, it's more that every song is different from each other, the one more Thrash Metal, the other more Death Metal. For instance, opener "Burn The Cross" reminds me of the Death Metal type that KATAKLYSM plays (something I can find back on other tracks as well), while tracks like "Dead Eyes Open" and "The Deathsquad" are more Death/Thrash hybrids, and "Caught In Flesh" is pure Thrash Metal.
