Andro Coulton was bass guitarist with the legendary new wave of heavy metal band Witchfynde from 1975 - 1980 and plays on the first album Give Em Hell and on three tracks of their second album Stagefright. Witchfynde toured the UK from 1975 to 1979 establishing a large fan base in the UK and their own fan club called The Coven. In 1979 Witchfynde signed with Rondelet Records and their first album was produced. In January 1980 Witchfynde supported Def Leppard on their UK tour to promote the album, which was released in February 1980. It sold a thousand copies in the first week and along with the single of the same name taken from the album remained No 1 in the Sounds independent label chart for months! After leaving Witchfynde he formed Malleus, which after several member changes became Sabotage. At present Dragonhead is a solo album with all music written and played by Andro and lyrics by Andro and his wife Shaz who also does some backing vocals on the album.
