DOMINATION BLACK is a 6-piece Heavy" Horror" Metal band from Karhula, Finland. The group's line-up since forming in 2003 has consisted of the vocalist Kari A. Kilgast (a.k.a. "The Sentinel"), guitarists Teppo "Absinth" Heiskanen and Ville Wiren, bassist Sir Eerola, keyboardist Juuso Welder and drummer Juha Beck. The group released a couple of "tongue-in-cheek" demos and one "real demo" between 2003 and 2005, which demonstrated the group's heavy influence from 1980s Heavy Metal. Domination Black eventually chose to sign to Poison Arrow Records that released their debut album, titled "Fearbringer", in 2005, which drew some comparisons f.ex. to early Metallica and early Judas Priest. They also released their follow-up album, "Dark Legacy" for Poison Arrow Records, which also gained lots of good response from the fans. Domination Black´s next effort will be a mini-CD, titled "Haunting", which will be released via Violent Journey Records in spring 2008 The EP features f.ex. no other fame but Mr. Lordi (from the Finnish monster band, Lordi) as a guest in a song called "The House of 1000 Eyes".
