Huono Parturi (CD)
Things donn't get any less bizarre on this second album by Höyry-Kone. In fact things were pushed to a higher level. They draw inspiration principally from King Crimson (though probably Haikara too), but branched out enough to make it into Avant Garde. The core of the album consists of a raucous blend of harsh guitars plus violin and cello, complex rhythms interspersed with occasional booming male vocals and quieter sections.
