Vile formed in 1996 in the San Francisco Bay Area. They were inspired by bands such as Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse, Atheist, Monstrosity and many other Floridian and American death metal bands. They have always offered a professional and well thought out style with a certain groove that makes their music extremely catchy while still retaining progressive elements. Over the years they have become more musical and melodic with their latest offerings being a mix of American death metal and the best of European black metal. Proudly we announce the release of a new Vile CD under the name "Rare Tracks". This features all Vile demos plus live-tracks, all remastered by guitar player Colin Davis at Imperial Mastering.
