The first taste of the new SLIDESHAKER album was the single "Bones". With synth bass, a droning beat, funky percussion and soul horns it's nothing like SLIDESHAKER has done before. But the album "In The Raw" will be much more than you can expect after listening to "Bones". Music wise we are talking about an ill-tempered mix of fuzzy R&B, soul, garage rock and country put together in an original fashion. There are a lot of acoustic guitars, almost love songs but also hard hitting rock and furious feedback...sometimes within the very same song.
