Only one year after his album "Game Of Sins", with which Axel Rudi Pell climbed to number eleven in the German charts, the guitarist from Bochum presents a new work in 2017. The name reveals: With "The Ballads V" Pell continues his famous ballad series for the fifth time. He has recorded a total of ten tracks for it, including songs from the last six years, a few new songs and two live recordings. One of the highlights is the song "Love's Holding On" - a duet of Welsh rock and pop icon Bonnie Tyler and Pell's long-time singer Johnny Gioeli. It is the first time in his 30-year solo career that the German hard rock and heavy metal legend has a guest star on an album. Another new song on "The Ballads V" is "On The Edge Of Our Time".
