Stellar new electric instrumental folk rock. Skenet are four young musicians who grew up in rural Sweden and started playing the fiddle when they were kids. They stand for the renewal of the genre and take it in new and truly exciting directions with electric guitars, Mellotrons amongst other instrumentation. Lena and Staffan of the band, who both are also leigitimate "Riks-Spelman" (National Swedish Fiddlers), have previously worked with bands like Dungen. Now they present their own musical vision. If you dig progressive psych and folk, then this is definitely for you. Limited edition of 500 copies.
