Can compilations be better than actual albums? Eh whatever. One thing I absolutely adore about this *compilation* is that it actually makes rockabilly sound cool. Seriously, this shit is like the perfect mix of dorky goth kid music and badass 50s rock n roll. You can see this in Human Fly, it's one of the "coolest" (if that makes sense) songs I've ever heard, and it's just about being a fucking fly. Looking at this /compilation/ critically, it doesn't have that much to offer, but for me personally it's goddamn perfect. I suppose Surfin Bird didn't need to be so long though.
