The British underground heroes Crippled Black Phoenix are no longer unknown in this country. Through intensive touring in recent years and the release of their latest work "(Mankind) The Crafty Ape" in spring (Mankind) The Crafty Ape" in spring 2012 and the EP "No Sadness, Or Farewell" in autumn of the same year, the Brits were able to win more and more new fans with their mix of post rock, folk and progressive rock. "Live Poznan" was recorded on the tour of the last album in the Polish metropolis of Poznan (Posen). The double CD impressively shows why CBP are so successful. Live, the band from England unleashes an incredible joy of playing and experimenting, but without ever leaving the song structures
