With its long, extended versions of classic Golden Earring songs (each lasting between 5 and 12 minutes), this album is quite different from other live recordings by the band. It is also one of only three albums where guitarist Eelco Gelling was a band member, adding a new dimension to the band's sound. In addition, this album highlights Golden Earring's strong rhythm section on peppy songs like "Mad Love's Comin'" and "Radar Love." Live celebrates its 45th anniversary in 2022 and is therefore remastered from the original master tapes for the first time. This 2LP is available as 45th Anniversary Edition with 2000 individually numbered copies.
