Following the lack of succes generated by THE PHANTOM'S DIVINE COMEDY, Tommy Court, the tortured genius behind the bands DOORS-like fascade, dropped his mask and wrote and produced this album of electronic gymnastics and fuzz guitars in '78 under the guise of the HAPPY DRAGON BAND.
