Self-defined as a "nostalgic passion project", Lifvsleda truly channels the finest hours of the genre (directly reminiscent of legends like Sorhin & Malign) all the while achieving a captivating and personal output with strong ethos & feel. The result is a magnificent piece of true black metal with an unforgettable vocal performance, proper raw sound with freezing-cold atmosphere and highly emotive & memorable riffs; as far as this style goes this is definitely one of the best records I've heard in years.
