It's been a short eternity since the previous (and first) Anatomy album and The Witches of Dathomir is all about telling the world that they're back, big time. Boasting a level of crisp, clean production which is still rare to find in the realm of black metal, Anatomy's arsenal of blast beats, rasp-file vocals and holocaustic guitars make for some of the more brutal and heavy BM to have emerged for some time. With the ambient interlude of "Ambrosia Death" left behind, Anatomy go on a full scale assault with the likes of "Suncrusher" and the title track blending blinding fast black metal with elements of demonic death metal.
