With its monotonous fuzz riff, driving rhythm, dystopian discourse, visionary vocoder, and sci-fi synthesizers, this album takes us back to an alternative future, as envisioned in the 1970s. Like Heavy Metal, the French Sci-Fi magazine, not the style of music. Musically, it aims for the Hawkwind of "Silver Machine", the Neu of "E-Musik", and the Kraftwerk of "Metropolis".
