LEROUGE mixes musical trends, from minimalistic to concrete music, not to mention experimental music and many other styles, to create sonic landscapes meant to lead to introspection. Repetition, musical phrases superposed on different scales or delayed, tend to some sort of trance, as long experienced by ancient tribes. Sounds appearing from nowhere, counter-tempos, are here to give a special feel. Being a true admirer of computer-generated music, the artist claims to compose his music this way only, but with a special care for the sounds and samples, designed by himself. He also tries to avoid dominant melodic lines, too easy to remember, getting easily boring.
