Live At Rockpalast 1978 And 2008 = 5 CD / DVD = (CD)
When Dickey Betts entered the stage at the second Rock Night in 1978, it quickly became apparent that on this Saturday, after Mothers Finest, another great moment in the decades-long history of the Rockpalast had directly struck Dickey Betts, founding member of the Allman Brothers Band, sparkled with joy with his band Great Southern and fired his songs and solos from the wrist into the audience of millions at the European screens (many countries were connected to the ARD live broadcast via Eurovision). The epic "Jessica" for example, a Dickey Betts tune that was already successful with the Allman Brothers, or "Ramblin' Man", a classic in the history of Southern Rock. 30 years later, in 2008, on DVD 2, we can admire Dickey Betts winning over his audience at the Museumsplatz in Bonn.
