More than 40 years ago Deep Purple rocked the famous "Claifornia Jam" festival in the USA as headliner. With "Deep Purple: California Jam 1974" the film recording of this legendary performance will be available again on DVD in 2016 and for the first time also on Blu-ray. The concert film was originally released on DVD in 2005. It was recorded on 6 April 1974 by the US American television station ABC and broadcast live. A total of seven songs were performed by Ritchie Blackmore (guitar), David Coverdale (vocals), Glenn Hughes (bass, vocals), Jon Lord (organ, keyboard) and Ian Paice (drums). This includes four songs from her new album "Burn" as well as songs from "Made in Japan". You will find the complete tracklisting below.
