The band was formed in 2006 by Luca Giustiniani (guitars & bass; Italian) with MarcAntonio Spaventi (keyboards & drums; Italian), meeting fellow expatriates Paul Ehn (keyboards & vocals; Swedish), and Gordon Todd (vocals; Scottish). All members are road tested engineers with a strong music technology curriculum, taking care of the whole production process themselves. While recording different local bands, later teaching Audio and Web students, they began developing their own material with the help of: session drummers Tom Pettit, Jon Miller, Vitor Fernandes, Matthijs Kleywegt; guitarists Martijn Klippel, Marco Giuseppetti. Sun Travellers infuse their Psychedelic food for your ears on some tasteful textures of analogue Electronica, with a nickel bag of Blues and a quarter ounce of Hard Rock. Luca's background involves Classical Guitar studies, Fingerpicking and Blues-Rock, with a passion for IT and cover art. MarcAntonio is a trained classical pianist, soundtrack composer, and experimental Electronica guru. Paul is a prolific songwriter who has been involved in previous musical projects in Sweden, keyboardist and arranger. Gordon, long time established and trusty SAE lecturer, previously working in local radios, is one of a kind vocalist and harmonizer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. There is something for everyone who misses organically grown music, and still believes in cosmic explorations.
