Barclay James Harvest = Papersleeve, Japanese = (CD)
The debut album by Barclay James Harvest still has some psychedelic elements here and there even if most of the material is progressive. This S/T record by them hasn't really convinced me even if it has it's moments too. The long and epic "Dark Now My Sky" is the ultimate climax of this record and it's a really special number I have to admit it. But the rest of the material is pretty inconsistent overall. There's some nice parts but unfortunately some lame parts too. For example the opener "Taking Some Time On" is really mediocre but the following "Mother Dear" is a pretty nice track.
