I quite liked the last album by Italian metallers Tarchon Fist. I enjoyed Fighters and its mixture of melodic traditional heavy metal with varying amounts of power metal influence. Heavy Metal Black Force is a huge letdown. The power metal influence is completely gone. What we are left with is completely generic and boring heavy metal sound. There is way too much "chugga-chugga-chugga" for me. I don't not like the beginning of most of the songs as I don't need bland "ballady" stuff or gimmicks to make me want to listen to the music. I am sure the band enjoyed themselves playing the music on Heavy Metal Black Force as is evidenced by the couple of videos to songs off of the album.
