Progressive rock fans watch out: The legendary Van der Graaf Generator are back in 2016 with a new album. "Do Not Disturb" is her 13th studio work.
Peter Hammill, Hugh Banton and Guy Evans took a whole four years for it. Her last album "Alt" was already released in 2012.
At the end of 2015 they finally went back to the studio, where Van Der Graaf Generator recorded nine new songs until the beginning of this year. According to Hammill, these are some of the most technically challenging songs the band has ever written. Do Not Disturb" was mastered and mixed at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London.
