The "Ephemeral" EP was recorded at Red Room studios in Seattle, WA by Chris Common (These Arms Are Snakes drummer). This new material is much heavier, darker and very riff-oriented. Joining Pelican on the Earth cover: The Geometry of Murder is none other than the man who wrote the song himself: Dylan Carlson. This was a very special moment for the band as they have been heavily influenced by Earth throughout their career.
