Edge Of Serenity started in 2007 under the name Edge Of Anger, and is since the beginning under the lead of Wietze Halma ( who is since the start the brain behind the music and lyrics of the band ) and Henk ter Heegde. The band gained soon attention with their [unofficial released] disc -Dying Illusion- around October 2007 and the beginning of 2008 brought a series of European - and head-lining shows. From April till June 2008, the band recorded their debut full length -The Chaos Theory- at the German Spacelab Studios, where the CD was produced, mixed and mastered by Christian "Moschus" Moos.. Edge Of Anger shared stage / festival with bands like: Behemoth (PL) Kataklysm (CAN) Norther (FIN) Necrophobic (SE) Alchemist (AUS) Aborted (BE) Amoral(FIN) Drone (GER) Leaveys Eyes (DE) Slayer (USA) Death Angel (USA).
