Viking metal, the genre I guess we owe Bathory for creating, has in the last couple of years spawned some really interesting bands, Thyrfing & Einherjer to name a couple. But we mustn`t let these two
bands overshadow bands such as Hin Onde just because they`re not on big labels such as Thyrfing. Cause what Hin Onde serves us, is catchy blackened viking metal, and when I say catchy, it really is. I think it`s hard for anyone listening to this album not to start imitating those doublebass drums which sounds like a horde of horses is
coming towards you, whilst the guitars shred it`s way throughout, with fast & epic keyboards, adding more drama into the music.
