"Retropolis" is the band's second studio album and was recorded in 1996 with Roine Stolt, Tomas Bodin, Michael Stolt, Jaime Salazar, Hasse Fröberg, Ulf Wallander and Hasse Bruniusson After The Flower King and Back In The World Of Adventures, Swedish guitarist Roine Stolt and his band delivered their most coherent opus to date in 1996 with Retropolis. The title says it all, because there is plenty of 70s flair here, with bombastic arrangements, melancholic ballads and two long songs. Moreover, a feast for Mellotron and Hammond friends!
