The footage for those who worry about such things is from the same source as the Led Zep Earls Court performance on their DVD. Namely, it's video tape footage from the cameras used to project images of the band onto huge screens at the back of the stage. As a result it features very live (ie ragged) cutting and a grainy appearance. However, anyone viewing this footage must take into account that it was never intended to be seen in this context and was meant to be used to compliment the band's performance on the stage. Perhaps this is why Entwistle isn't seen much as he did have a tendency to hide in the shadows and not move very much.
So count yourselves very lucky that this footage exists at all.
Yes, the picture quality isn't great and yes, there is an annoying logo, but what we have here is a unique opportunity to see the best Rock Band ever to grace a stage at their absolute peak. The Who, in particular Townshend and Moon are giving their all, there are few other bands who could get so obviously into that musical head-space craved by all musicians and create a gestalt being for the benefit of paying punters, in flamenco it's called Duende and no other band apart from perhaps the Beatles could generate it at will.
