Norwegian heavy metal band "TNT" was formed in 1982 in the city of Trondheim by vocalist and rhythm guitarist Dag Ingebrigtsen (aka D. D. Dynamite), guitarist Ronni Le Tekrø, bassist Steinar Eikum and drummer Diesel Dahl. They secured a national record deal with Vertigo Norway (PolyGram) and released their self-titled debut album (their only album with Norwegian lyrics) the same year and had a hit with the single "Harley-Davidson"
The band has released thirteen studio albums, three EPs and four live albums. TNT's debut is pure heavy metal. Ronni's guitar work on this debut was already spectacular and has helped establish them as one of the best Scandinavian heavy metal bands.
