Rare & Unreleased Antology 1971 - 2012 = 2 CD = (CD)
Prior to Huw's untimely death towards the close of 2012, this planned double album had been originally scheduled for release in early January 2013, but due to Huw Lloyd-Langton's passing, the album was held back. After some doubt that the release may be shelved altogether, we can now announce that the Double Disc collection of Rarities and Unreleased Gems has now been re-scheduled for early March 2013. This incredible set focuses on Huw's dynamic and supremely melodic playing, and features never-before-heard solo acoustic recordings of songs later recorded by HAWKWIND and Huw's band The LLOYD-LANGTON GROUP, including 'Rocky Paths', 'Damn Shame' and more, plus full band recordings of hard rockin' side projects MAGILL & JAWA. Fans will also delight in the brand new acoustic recordings Huw recorded just before his untimely death in 2012 and so, this is the first release for these pieces.
