Live At The Bowl '68 = Papersleeve = (CD)
60s psychedelic rock band The Doors, fronted by Jim Morrison, were one of the most controversial and influential bands of the 1960s, with 7 albums certified Platinum or Multi-Platinum in the US. The perfect live performance of 5th July 1968 - which famously counted Mick Jagger among its audience members - was captured on film and on record, and is now being released on video formats by Eagle and on audio formats by Rhino. Although parts of the show were released in 1987 by Elektra, this is the first time ever that the show has been available in its entirety. The set contains US #1 hits Light My Fire, and Hello I Love You, as well as the too often omitted masterpieces Moonlight Drive, and Unknown Soldier. The vinyl edition will be a limited run of high quality 180g double LPs, mastered by Doug Sax and Eric Boulange.
