Introduction's members paths crossed in and around the year 2000 and they began rehearsing in an attic, creating psychedelic jams and started collecting curious instruments and pedals. In the following years melodies were born during happy nights in various locations in the Stockholm suburbs, with scandinavian beer, a growing heap of vintage instruments and an old tape recorder that captured interesting parts of the never ending jams. With great patience the best parts were then glued together, building not only songs, but small complex worlds of melodies and fuzzy sounds. Now, after almost a decade, their debut album is finished. It is a record of diversity, spanning from the heavy stoner guitars in "The marriage of mr Teeth and ms Knuckles" to the mellow flute mellotrons in "Kids, don't run", from the psychedelic rock madness of "Merry Sherry" to the space trippin' ballad of "Ither Sode".
