HUMULUS is an heavy-stoner power trio founded by Cristiano Benicchio (guitar & vocals) and Michael Abbruzzese (drums). Few months later the bassist Giorgio Bonacorsi joined the band. They started jamming together aiming at playing the heaviest stoner metal. Their sound is a fiery blend of fat and distorted guitars with heavy riffs ...and a lot of beer! This self-titled debut album was recorded in May 2012 at Go Down Studio in Savignano sul Rubicone, Italy.
