Gazpacho momentum will forever remain in early 2010s. Those years when Kscope was really a thing. When this mellow, sad European brand of post-progressive was close to defining the prog scene. It wasn't particularly fresh, as the artists associated with 'atmospheric art rock' like Steven Wilson, Anathema, Marillion, Radiohead and Sigur Rós had already inspected every corner of melancholia. But the core kscope artists, including the likes of Gazpacho and Nosound, were following this path carefully enough. There was inspiration, honesty, and, on the best albums, also the moments of immense beauty.
