All tracks written*, arranged, recorded, and mixed by soup some time during 2005-2012. Recorded here and there and everywhere. Mostly in the bedroom of mr. soup (Erlend Viken) and at the rehearsal room in Trondheim. Ambitions was recorded in Brygga Studio in Trondheim in between the takes and braks of the e.l.b. album. Underneath a treae is played by Viken, Saur, Dingo Leerand and Sverre. Hell, Hypnotized has some lead guitar on it, played by Joachim Storvik.
