In support of Dirty Deeds, AC/CD set out on a mammoth tour across Australia and Europe, eventually moving on to the U.S. for the first time. AC/DC would play a staggering 147 shows in '77 alone, concluding in Pittsburgh, PA on 21st December. The performance included here is from the initial leg of the tour, captured in the group's home city at The Haymarket, Sydney on 30th January. Broadcast in superb audio quality over FM radio, and including such early hits as 'Dirty Deeds Done Cheap', 'Rocker', 'High Voltage' and 'Live Wire', this set serves as a fascinating example of a rock institution on the cusp of superstardom.
