VARSITY DRAG is the latest project by original LEMONHEADS co-founder and co-songwriter Ben Deily. As a taster for the upcoming new VARSITY DRAG album and UK tour due in the Autumn, "ROCK N ROLL IS SUCH A HASSLE:LIVE IN EUROPE" is a special midprice album capturing the band on their last European tour, recorded in Austria. Alongside the standout tracks from the VARSITY DRAG debut "For Crying Out Loud" album Ben also treated fans to live versions of some of his finest songs written for the LEMONHEADS, many played out live to audiences in Europe for the very first time (as Ben originally left the LEMONHEADS prior to their first European tour). This year will also see VARSITY DRAG support THE LEMONHEADS at selected shows , plus feature the first reunion of Ben and Evan Dando in 20 years.
