The In Utero to Fully Completely's Nevermind, a rawer, more noisy album than anything the band had really done up to this point (or would do afterward).
The album's drawback is that some of the tracks are fairly indistinguishable between eachother. That doesn't mean there's no amazing individual moments on the album, though. The excellent opening riff from Grace, Too, the slow burning buildup of Yawning or Snarling, the thunderous bassline on Thugs, and the Gord's excellent vocals on Scared rank among some of the Hip's finest moments.
