Brân were one of the most successful Welsh bands, in their own country, during the mid-late 70's. Their highly unique and unusual blend of heavy rock, mixed with acid-folk and progressive elements, has since led them to become a highly collectable cult band. Revered by fellow Welsh musicians such as Gruff Rhys, original copies of their three albums now command very high prices on the collector's market. Officially reissued for the first time ever (with full consent and involvement of the original band members), A Box of Brân brings together all of their albums and associated releases in one set. Individually housed in mini LP replica sleeves, all albums are re-mastered from the original source material. The set also includes an extensive 40-page booklet, featuring detailed notes and many unseen photos from their personal archives.
