From humble beginnings, CIRCLE II CIRCLE has become a band that stands on its own. With the help of "Mountain King" Jon Oliva, Savatage guitarist Chris Caffery and a young and hungry band, the debut album "Watching In Silence" displayed a real true sense of the dramatic and the creative. Not denying where Zak´s heart was at the time, it displayed a perfect mix of bombastic rock elements in the tradition of Savatage and a heavy metal element that was undeniable. With their second strike "The Middle Of Nowhere", the band continued to stay true to itself but tried to evolve its own identity, a process that was later fulfilled by "Burden Of Truth" in 2006. Now, "Delusions Of Grandeur" gives you more than just a legitimate successor to that album - this band has proved unmistakably that they can and do stick to their guns but also consistently evolve.
