Debut album from Japanese band, led by bass-player Hiroyuki SEKINE, this instrumental power-trio greeted guitarist Issei TAKAMI (BANDVIVIL) and jazz drummer Toru Kubota. These three lads are not only excellent technicians, they are musicians full of feeling and inventiveness. And that's what they demonstrate during each of the twelve compositions of their first album "Space Of Magic". This jazz-rock fusion music borrows much to KING CRIMSON, particularly the guitar riffs, which are very sensible. The bass lines, often slapped, borrow in turn very much to funk. If you add to this surprising cocktail a touch of heavy-metal, you will obtain a unique music, both complex and accessible, with remarkable originality.
