2nd one from hectic North Americans. This is complex, but structured progressive artrock with jazzy feeling, with a dozen of rhythm changes and arrangements. Most is instrumental with guitars and keyboards as main weapons. Not far from bands like Japanese ARS NOVA, but with mor guitars.
