After the concert album "Carnegie Hall 1970", the first release of the new "The Neil Young Official Bootleg Series", was released in October 2021, fans of the Canadian folk and rock musician can look forward to another release in December, namely a new album. "Barn" is the name of the record he recorded with Crazy Horse in June 2021. Just two years ago, Young and his band released their reunion album "Colorado" after a seven-year hiatus. The name "Barn" was not chosen by chance: The album sessions took place in a barn in the Rocky Mountains, which his wife Daryl Hannah had previously restored. There is a picture on the cover. Ten songs were recorded there by Neil Young, Billy Talbot, Ralph Molina and Nils Lofgren with the help of "Le Mobile Recording Studio." The production was done by Young and Niko Bolas aka "The Volume Dealers".
