It was the eleventh Pink-Floyd album and at the same time the band's fourth concept album: "The Wall". The work, published in 1979, tells the story of the musician Pink, who, like bassist and singer Roger Waters, lost his father in the war and therefore built an imaginary wall around himself, as well as other circumstances.
From 2010 to 2013, Waters devoted himself once again to this story, which is his own to a certain extent, with probably the largest live tour of a solo artist of all time. Around four million people saw the musician live on stage at over 200 shows on four continents during this period.
